Terms of Service

By accessing or using WriteBehavior, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a binding agreement and use WriteBehavior only for lawful professional or organizational purposes. WriteBehavior is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you believe your account has been compromised.

WriteBehavior currently operates with invitation-only registration. An invitation does not guarantee continued access. Access may depend on organizational sponsorship, account status, and compliance with these Terms.

You may use WriteBehavior to improve, organize, store, and manage ABA-related session documentation and related company guidance materials for legitimate clinical documentation workflows, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You may not: misuse the service; attempt to bypass security or access controls; upload malware; scrape or overload the service; use the service to harass or unlawfully process personal information; reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law; or use outputs in a way that intentionally misrepresents clinical facts.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including rough notes, saved notes, company guidelines, company documents, and templates. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.

You should minimize identifying information where practical and follow your employer’s policies for protected or confidential information.

WriteBehavior uses AI systems to help improve documentation. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a given context. You must review and edit all generated content before relying on it.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any documentation you finalize, submit, or rely on in a clinical or employment setting.

WriteBehavior does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or supervisory advice. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace the judgment of an RBT, BCBA, physician, attorney, or other qualified professional.

WriteBehavior and its software, branding, and related materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

You retain rights in content you upload or enter, to the extent you already own them. You grant WriteBehavior a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service features you use (for example, note generation, storage, and document retrieval).

Company guidelines, uploaded company documents, and note templates are treated as your organization’s or your own user content. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and use those materials and for configuring which documents are active for AI assistance.

We aim to keep WriteBehavior available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and the service may be suspended for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if your account is disabled, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access would create risk to users or the service. You may permanently delete your account through the product’s account settings where available.

WriteBehavior is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI assistance is not warranted to be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteBehavior and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability limitations, if any, will be defined in an attorney-reviewed version of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WriteBehavior and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law and as finalized after legal review.

Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution terms will be specified after the operating entity and jurisdiction are confirmed. Until then, these Terms do not designate a final governing law or forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes require renewed acceptance, the product will present the current version for acceptance before continued use. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page.
