How it works

From invitation to submission-ready notes — on the website or with the Chrome extension.

    Sign in with your invite

    WriteBehavior is invitation-only. After your admin invites you, log in from the top right and open your dashboard.

    Set up guidance and templates

    Add optional company guidelines and up to three PDF/DOCX documents. Create note templates for the output structure you want, and set a default if you use one often.

    Paste notes and generate

    Choose a template (or none), pick Concise, Standard, or Detailed, and run a privacy check. WriteBehavior improves your note while preserving your facts and data.

    Review, save, or use the extension

    Check missing-info and language flags, copy or save the note, and use the Chrome extension on supported sites with the same account settings.
